Sardar150: સરદાર પટેલ હેરિટેજ યાત્રા – એક ભારત, શ્રેષ્ઠ ભારતની સફર

અમારી #Sardar150 યાત્રા ની ચોથી સફર, ૨૦૨૫ સુધી 150 સરદાર પટેલ હેરિટેજ વોક્સ પૂર્ણ કરવાની એક મિશન છે. આ ફક્ત એક વોક નહોતું—આ લોહ પુરુષ સરદાર પટેલને શ્રદ્ધાંજલિ હતી.
ગુજરાત ક્લબ ખાતે વિચારસભર શરૂઆત
અમે ગુજરાત ક્લબ ખાતે અમારી યાત્રાની શરૂઆત કરી, જ્યાં સહભાગીઓ ઉત્સાહભેર એકત્ર થયા. ચાની ચૂસ્કી સાથે અમે સરદાર પટેલના ભારત માટેના યોગદાન પર ચર્ચા કરી.
સત્રની વિશેષતા હતી “સરદાર પટેલની પુત્રી મણિબેનની કહાની”, જે પ્રર્થના પટેલ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ એકમાત્ર પ્રદર્શન હતું. આ નાટકે મણિબેનના જીવનની એક ઝલક આપી, જે તેમના પિતાના બાજુએ ઉભા રહ્યા અને ભારત માટેના તેમના ત્યાગને નિહાળ્યા. એડવોકેટ અને કાયદા વ્યવસાય સાથે સંકળાયેલા લોકો પણ અમારો સહયોગ આપવા માટે જોડાયા.
ચર્ચા અને નાસ્તા પછી, અમે અમારા આગામી સ્થાન તરફ પ્રયાણ કર્યું.
સરદાર પટેલના ઘરનો પ્રવાસ – ઇતિહાસમાં એક ડૂબકી
અમે સરદાર પટેલ સ્મારક ભવન ની મુલાકાત લીધી, જ્યાં સરદાર પટેલ અમદાવાદમાં રહેતા હતા. ત્યાંની કલા ગેલેરી અને ઇન્ટરએક્ટિવ પ્રદર્શન મારફતે Patel ના જીવન અને કાર્ય વિશે વધુ જાણવા મળ્યું.
ભવનના સંચાલકે Patel ના અનુક્રમણ, નેતૃત્વ અને ભારત માટેની દ્રષ્ટિ વિશે રસપ્રદ વાર્તાઓ જણાવવી. આ ઇમારતની અંદરથી પસાર થતાં, Patel ની ઉપસ્થિતિને અનુભવી શકાય તેવું લાગતું હતું.
ભદ્રકાળી મંદિરની વિશેષ મુલાકાત
પછી, અમે ભદ્રકાળી મંદિર ની મુલાકાત લીધી, જ્યાં એક ઐતિહાસિક ઘટના નિરીક્ષવા મળી—અમદાવાદ સ્થાપના દિવસ અને 614 વર્ષમાં પ્રથમ વખત યોજાયેલ ભદ્રકાળી નગર યાત્રા, જે મહાશિવરાત્રી ના પાવન અવસરે યોજાઈ.
અમે પૂજામાં ભાગ લીધો અને પછી સરદાર પટેલ અને માતાજીના સન્માનમાં ગરબા રચેા. ઢોલના તાલ સાથે લોકો એક પછી એક જોડાતા ગયા અને ઉત્સાહ સાથે નૃત્ય કર્યું. ઉર્જા ભવ્ય અને ભક્તિથી ભરપૂર હતી.
પ્રસાદ લીધા પછી, અમે અમારી છેલ્લી મુલાકાત માટે આગળ વધ્યા.
સરદાર ભવન – ઐતિહાસિક નિર્ણયોનું સ્થાન
અમારા પ્રવાસનો છેલ્લો તબક્કો સરદાર પટેલ ભવન હતો, જે એક વખત તેમનું ઓફિસ હતું અને હવે હેરિટેજ બિલ્ડિંગ વિભાગ છે.
અમે કોન્ફરન્સ રૂમની મુલાકાત લીધી, જ્યાં સરદાર પટેલ મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણયો લેતા, જે ભારતના ભવિષ્ય માટે નક્કીરૂપ બન્યા. સરદાર પટેલ અને મહાત્મા ગાંધીના ફોટા સામે પ્રાર્થના કરી અને તેમના નેતૃત્વની પ્રેરણા અનુભવી.

આ ચોથી #Sardar150 યાત્રા માત્ર એક સફર નહોતી—આ સરદાર પટેલની યાદોને જીવંત રાખવાનો પ્રયાસ હતો. એક ભારત, શ્રેષ્ઠ ભારત નો તેમનો સપનો આજે પણ અમને પ્રેરણા આપે છે.
દરેક યાત્રા સાથે, અમે ઇતિહાસને જીવંત રાખીએ છીએ. દરેક રવિવારે સવારે 8:00 અમારી સાથે જોડાઓ અને આ શૈક્ષણિક અને એકતા માટેની યાત્રાનો ભાગ બનો.

Sardar150 Yatra – Walking in the Footsteps of the Iron Man
🚶♂️ A Walk Through History, A Step Towards Unity 🚶♀️
The 4th journey of our #Sardar150 Yatra, a mission to complete 150 Sardar Patel Heritage Walks in 2025, was a special experience. It was not just a walk—it was a tribute to Sardar Patel, the Iron Man of India.
A Thoughtful Start at Gujarat Club
We started our day at Gujarat Club, where participants gathered with excitement. Over tea, we discussed Sardar Patel’s contributions to India’s unity.
A highlight of the session was “The Story of Maniben, Daughter of Sardar Patel,” a solo performance by Prarthana Patel. The play showed the life of Maniben, who stood by her father and witnessed his sacrifices for India. Many advocates and legal professionals also joined us, showing their support.
After some engaging discussions and snacks, we moved to our next stop.
Exploring Sardar Patel’s Home – A Journey Back in Time
We visited Sardar Patel Smarak Bhavan, where Sardar Patel lived during his time in Ahmedabad. The art gallery and interactive exhibits helped us understand his life and work.
The caretaker of the house shared interesting stories about Patel’s discipline, leadership, and vision for India. Walking through the house, we could feel his presence in every corner.
A Special Visit to Bhadrakali Temple
Next, we visited Bhadrakali Temple, where we witnessed a historic event—Ahmedabad Foundation Day and the first-ever Bhadrakali Nagar Yatra in 614 years, which also coincided with Mahashivratri.
We took part in prayers and then performed Garba in honor of Sardar Patel and Mataji. As the beats of dhol echoed, more people joined us in celebration. The energy was vibrant and full of devotion.
After receiving Prasad, we proceeded to our final stop.
Sardar Bhavan – A Place of Historic Decisions
Our last stop was Sardar Patel Bhavan, which was once his office in Ahmedabad and is now the Heritage Building Department.
We visited the conference room where Sardar Patel held meetings, making important decisions for India. Standing before the portraits of Sardar Patel and Mahatma Gandhi, we offered prayers, feeling inspired by their leadership.
