Yoga and Unity Session Celebrates Sardar Patel’s 150th Birth Anniversary

Ahmedabad, February 1, 2025: A special Yoga and Unity session was held today at Tirthankar Garden, Shaibaug, Ahmedabad, as part of the “Sardar@150” celebrations commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The event brought together yoga practitioners from the surrounding areas for a morning of reflection and collective action. The session included a prayer for peace and harmony, followed by a thoughtful discussion on the importance of health, happiness, meditation, and national unity in our lives. Participants pledged to prioritize these values in their daily routines and embrace the “Nation First, Health First” initiative.
Shmt. Premilaben spearheaded the organization of this inspiring event. Mr. Navinbhai Patel, Mr. Manubhai Patel, and a laughter therapy group also graced the occasion with their presence. Mr. Mukeshbhai Kothari from the Gujarat State Yoga Board and the Maheshwari Seva Samiti actively participated.
Darshan Patel from WorldMiTR delivered a special address, emphasizing the profound significance of applying the principles of Sardar Patel, particularly unity and national integration, in our everyday lives.
